A:Yes, if the material is regular,we can provide dummy sample for you freely; If you need finished sample,we will charge for the printing.
Q:Do you require any deposit before mass production ?
A:Yes, 40% deposit, rest balance would be paid before shipment.
Q:If i want direct place bulk orders,will you make samples for me first?
A:Generally we will arrange production after you confirm the deisgn,then once finished,will send the video&pictures for you confirm,after you confirm,then will arrange shipping as your request,if the finsihed products not as same as the deisgn,or it is not your want,we will re make or refund,so you don't need worry what you received is not your want.
Q:If I found some quality problem after I received the goods, could you arrange the replacement for me right away ?
A:If the quality problem caused by us, we will arrange replacement right away.
Q:What is your lead time ?
A:For samples lead time is 3-7woking days,for bulk orders around 12-15working dyas.
